The Mentor Pool is an accredited collaboration structure consisting of individual experts with experience in specific areas of expertise. Mentors operate within the framework of IKVM’s methodology and quality assurance system throughout all processes, working under IKVM coordination and alongside IKVM experts when needed. Service coordination, client communication, and responsibility for the final deliverables belong to IKVM.

Mentors may be assigned in the following areas depending on the needs of businesses:

- Product carbon footprint calculations
- Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) preparatory work

- Sustainability report preparation work
Who Can Apply?
The Mentor Pool is open to individual experts with experience in carbon management, sustainability, environmental management, energy efficiency, and similar fields. Candidates can apply through the digital application form. Applications are evaluated based on the area of expertise, professional experience, and approach to working with IKVM.

Corporate partners carry out services within their areas of expertise under IKVM coordination, in accordance with the defined approach and quality framework.

Collaboration with Solution Partner Institutions will be carried out in the following areas:
- Energy efficiency analyses and implementation-oriented feasibility studies
- Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
- Measurement, monitoring, and verification processes
- Certification and verification services
- Specialized technical studies in carbon management and CBAM
Each study is planned according to the scope of the work and the expertise requirements. Panel membership does not imply continuous or automatic work allocation.
Who Can Apply? Corporate Partnership is open to organizations with institutional-level technical competency in energy, environment, sustainability, measurement-verification, certification, and similar fields. Applications are received digitally and are evaluated based on the institution’s area of expertise, technical team structure, past project experience, and approach to working with IKVM.
